摘  要:高校教师流动的过度寻利性导致了工具合理性的对价值合理性和交往合理性的僭越。高校在教师流动中过度短视化行为对高校长远发展的制约超过了短期效益溢出。高校教师流动的理性失范加剧了学术劳动力市场的分割。因此高校教师流动度需要以学术共同体繁荣、学术劳动力市场生态化、高校师资队伍建设多元化与教师个体发展相协调作为其流动合理性的限度,并强化高校教师的学术责任承担以降低教师流动行为的高寻利性;以高校教师人才头衔动态评价机制促进高校教师流动的理性化;以高校教师流动的协商、补偿等机制强化教师流动的契约管理;以师资队伍建设的评价机制改革促进高校教师引入的理性化。The excessive profitability of the flow of teachers in colleges and universities leads to the arrogation of the rationality of the tools to the rationality of Value and the rationality of communication. The excessive short-sighted behavior of the teachers in the flow of teachers is more restrictive than the short-term benefits. The rational anomie of College Teachers' mobility aggravates the division of academic labor market. Therefore,the mobility of teachers in colleges and universities needs to be the prosperity of the academic community,the ecologicalization of the academic labor market,the diversification of the teaching staff construction and the individual development of the teachers as the limitation of the mobility rationality and strengthen the academic responsibility of college teachers to reduce the high profitability of teachers' mobile behavior;to strengthen the contract management of teachers' flow through the negotiation and compensation mechanism of the flow of teachers in colleges and universities. Promoting the rationalization of the introduction of college teachers with the reform of evaluation mechanism of teachers' team construction.
