全麻复合硬膜外麻醉在小儿先天性髋关节脱位矫治术中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿先天性髋关节脱位矫治术中应用全麻复合硬膜外麻醉的效果。方法 2013年—2015年期间我院儿科共收治57例行先天性髋关节脱位矫治术治疗的患儿,将其分为对照组26例(全麻)、试验组31例(全麻复合硬膜外麻醉),对比2组临床麻醉情况。结果除手术时间、拔管时间外,其他临床指标2组均存在明显差异(P<0.05),麻醉诱导前、手术开始前2组患者的血压、心率指标比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),截骨时以及拔管后试验组患者的血压、心率与对照组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论小儿先天性髋关节脱位矫治术应用全麻复合硬膜外麻醉,患者生命体征平稳,麻醉效果好。Objective To explore the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in children with congenital hip dislocation. Methods A total of 57 children with congenital hip dislocation were enrolled in the pediatric department from 2013 to 2015.The study was divided into control group （26 patients with general anesthesia）, the experimental group （general anesthesia Composite epidural anesthesia in 31 cases）, compared with clinical anesthesia. Results There were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group （P〈O.05）.Except for the operation time and extubation time, there were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group （P〈0.05）.Before and after the induction of anesthesia, the blood pressure and heart rate index （P〈0.O5）.Compared with the control group, the blood pressure and heart rate of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The general anesthesia of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in patients with congenital dislocation of the hip, the patient signs were stable, anesthesia effect is good.
