影响阿托品试验结果准确性的相关因素探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨影响阿托品试验结果的因素并加以干预,提高阿托品试验结果的准确性。方法将行阿托品试验患者120例分为常规阿托品试验组和改良阿托品试验组,2组阿托品试验阳性者再行24 h动态心电图。比较2组阿托品试验的阳性率;比较2组阿托品试验阳性者与动态心电图、标准阿托品试验提示窦房结功能异常的符合率;比较2组达阴性时注射阿托品的剂量、副反应。结果改良组的阳性率明显低于常规组;改良组与动态心电图提示窦房结功能异常的符合率明显高于常规组;改良组达阴性时注射阿托品的剂量及药物副反应低于常规组。结论阿托品试验受患者个体迷走神经张力、对阿托品的敏感性及注射速度、注射剂量、注射药物时患者思维兴奋性等因素的影响,若适当给予行为、心理干预可提高结果的准确性;减少阿托品注射剂量可降低药物副反应。Objective Discuss the factors affecting the accuracy of Atropine Test and to find ways to improve the accuracy.Methods Patients were randomly grouped as routine atropine test group and modified test group.And patients with a positive test result would go through 24-hour dynamic ECG.The positive rate, the diagnostic accordance rate, and the dose and side effects when negative results appeared of the two groups were compared.Results The positive rate of modified test group was lower than that of the routine test group.The coincidence rate of positive results of the modified test group was significantly higher than that in the routine test group.In the modified test group, atropine dose and side effects were lower than those in the routine test group.Concluslon Behavior intervention and psychological intervention indeed improve the accuracy and reduce the false positive rate of Atropine Test, reduce the dose of Atropine to reduce side effects.
