摘 要:对苜蓿环模制粒机工作过程作分析。应用POLYFLOW软件对其挤压区域进行二维等温流动的数值模拟,得出流场的压力、速度、流线、剪切速率和粘度的分布规律,旨在了解挤压过程的基础上为制粒机工况的控制和结构的优化提供参考依据。通过POST-CFD中probe功能捕捉模孔的出模压力,将其与模拟压缩试验测得的苜蓿草粉密度达到产品密度要求时对应的挤出力相比,误差低于3%,表明所采用的模拟方法具有一定的可信度。The operating process of alfalfa ring die granulator was analyzed. The POLYFLOW software was used to numerically simulate two-dimensional isothermal flow in the extrusion area. The distribution laws of pressure, speed, streamline, shear rate and viscosity of the flow field were obtained for understanding the extruding process and providing the reference for controlling the working conditions and optimizing the structure. The extruding force was obtained through probe function in POST-CFD, which was compared with the extruding force from simulated compress experiment while the density of alfalfa powder met the product density requirement, the error was less than 3%. The results show that the simulation method has certain credibility.
