摘  要:无机闪烁晶体从诞生至今已有近2 0年的历史,先后有几百种晶体被合成和研究,其中大半是卤化物晶体.本文对几种已经投入应用和可望投入应用的卤化物闪烁晶体的发展历史和研究现状进行综述,着重对一些典型闪烁晶体的晶体结构、生长方法、闪烁性能和最新研究进展进行梳理和总结,同时指出在这些卤化物晶体研究中亟待解决的问题、总体的发展方向及其应用前景.Several hundreds of scintillation crystals have been discovered since the first synthetic scintillation crystal was recognized seventy years ago. Of all inorganic scintillators, about half of them are halide crystals. A few of them have been applied as radiation detection materials and are playing important roles in nuclear medicine, high energy physical experiments, security inspection and so on, but most of them are on the way of research and development. In order to deepen our understanding on the halide scintillation crystals, the development history and present situation of some important scintillation crystals are reviewed in this article. The crystal structure, crystalline behavior, scintillation properties as well as their recent progress are reviewed. Especially, the improvements on the scintillation properties of the crystals are summarized, problems existing in some crystals are analyzed and the possible application prospects are pointed out in this paper.
