全球城市周边乡村地区规划探索——以上海市嘉定区乡村建设规划为例

摘　　要：上海新一轮总体规划提出建设卓越的全球城市的目标,本文通过对全市总体规划目标的解读,提出了大都市周边乡村地区的发展方向和功能定位,以嘉定区乡村建设规划为例,对农村地区的现状进行了剖析,并从镇村网络、土地利用、服务配套、文化风貌传承等六个方面对乡村建设规划的重点内容进行了研究,最后从下位规划落地、项目实施、村民参与、社会管理等方面对乡村建设规划的实施机制进行了探讨。Building an excellent global cities is the target of Shanghai new round planning. This article puts forward the development direction and function orientation of rural areas surrounding metropolitan through the interpretation of the city＇s overall planning objectives and the comparative study with the other cities in developed countries. As an example, this article described the research of the rural planning of Jiading district. Beginning with the analysis on the current situation in rural areas, the article carried out six aspects of the main content of rural planning, including county-rural network, land use, cultural inheritance, public services and so on. At the end, this paper discussed project implementation and villager participation in planning and social management.
