国际医疗旅游经验及其对我国医养小镇规划的启示

摘　　要：近年来,全球医疗旅游市场迅速增长,特色小镇的建设是发展我国医疗旅游的良机,"医养小镇"便是两者的有机结合,也利于缓解我国老龄化和城市医疗压力等社会问题。本文基于医疗旅游的缘起发展、定义和类型,从市场定位、与生态和谐、空间规模、交通区位和配套、政府扶持角度总结了6个国际医疗旅游成功案例的特点和经验,对我国医养小镇的发展具有积极的启示意义。医养小镇的规划应重视明晰定位、因地制宜,政府扮好角色积极推动,适宜规模和特色布局,科学选址且健全配套。In recent years, global medical tourism market grows rapidly, and the construction of the Special Towns is a great opportunity for the development of medical tourism in our country. ＂Special town with medical and well＂ is not only the combination of both, but also conducive to alleviating the population aging and city medical pressure in our country. The paper firstly describes the development, definition and types of medical tourism. Then it summarizes characteristics and experience of 6 successful international medical tourism cases from the view of market positioning, ecological harmony, space scale, traffic location and facilities and government support, which has positive implications for the development of special towns with medical and well in china. The planning of the special towns with medical and well should attach importance to market positioning, government＇s positive roles in promoting the planning, appropriate scale, characteristic layout, scientific site selection as well as perfect auxiliary facilities.
