摘  要:雾霾是危害人体健康与致病的重要公共问题,雾霾中主要致病物质为PM2.5。大气PM2.5。含量与呼吸、心血管、糖尿病等多种疾病的发病甚至死亡相关。但是其致病机制仍不十分清楚,目前认为其致炎、氧化应激、基因损伤与致病性关系密切。因此,下面分别从氧化应激、炎症反应及DNA损伤等方面介绍PM2.5。对机体可能的致病机制。Now the haze is considered to be the important factors to human health problems, many study found that main pathogenic substances for PM2.5 in the haze, atmospheric PM2.5 levels were positively correlated with the morbidity and mortality of respiratory system disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and others. But its pathogenic mechanism is not very clear. It is known that mechanism including inflammation, oxidative stress, genetic damage are all included. Therefore, we reviewed the possible mechanism of PM2.5 affect on human beings in the field of oxidative stress, inflammatory reaction and DNA damage respectively.
