摘　　要：本文对当前渔业资源增殖放流过程及存在的问题进行了阐述,介绍了增殖放流效果的评价方法,论述了增殖放流对生态环境的保护作用,并对做好增殖放流管理工作提出建议。The paper elaborated the current process and problems of proliferation and releasing of fishery resources, including the evaluation methods of the effect of proliferation and releasing. It also analyzed the function of proliferation and releasing in protecting ecological environment and provided suggestions on the management of proliferation and releasing.
