摘  要:以基础饲料为对照组,在基础饲料中添加植物油,设计5个添加剂量(1%、2%、3%、4%和5%),饲喂鲤鱼,用以确定鲤鱼饲料脂肪的适宜添加剂量及临界值。结果表明随着脂肪添加量的增加,饲料系数呈现先下降、后上升的趋势。最低值出现在第4组,即脂肪添加量为3%,此时饲料的脂肪实测值为7.45%,并且第4组与第1、6组形成显著性差异(p<0.05)。增重率和特定生长率方面各组没有显著性差异(p>0.05)。Basic food was given in normal control group. Five doses of vegetable oil were added to the basal diet (1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5%). Feeding carp was used to determine the appropriate supplemental dose and critical value of carp feed fat. The results showed that the feed coefficient decreased first and then increased with the increase of fat content. The lowest value appeared in the fourth group. The amount of fat added to this group was 3%. At this point, the measured value of fat in feed was 7.45%.There was significant difference between the 1 and 6 groups (p〈0.05). The weight gain rate and specific growth rate showed no significant difference (p 〉0.05).
