精囊镜联合体外短波治疗中老年血精的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨精囊镜联合体外短波治疗中老年血精临床效果,以丰富治疗方法,提高疗效。方法:选择2013年3月至2016年7月82例中老年血精患者为研究对象,分成两组,每组41例,对照组精囊镜治疗,观察组精囊镜联合体位短波治疗,观察治疗后在相关指标变化情况。结果:对照组治愈率36.59%、总有效率73.18%、复发率31.71%,观察组治愈率58.54%、总有效率90.25%、复发率12.2%,观察组显著优于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后镜检红细胞、白细胞、主观血精率均较治疗前显著下降(P均<0.05),治疗后观察组在以上指标上均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后寒战发热、下腹部疼痛、排尿困难、尿急尿痛均较治疗前显著下降(P均<0.05),治疗后观察组在以上指标上均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精囊镜联合体外短波治疗中老年血精疗效显著。Objectives： To investigate the clinical effect of seminal vesicle mirror combined in vitro shortwave in the treatment of senile hematospermia,so as to improve the curative effect. Methods： 82 elderly patients with hematospermia from March 2013 to July 2016 were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group. The control group received seminal vesicle mirror treatment and the observation group received seminal vesicle mirror combined in vitro shortwave treatment. Related indexes were observed after the treatment.Results： The cure rate of control group was 36. 59%,the total effective rate was 73. 18% and the recurrence rate was 31. 71%. The cure rate of observation group was 58. 54%,the total effective rate was 90. 25% and the recurrence rate was 12. 2%. The differences were significant between two groups（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,red blood cell,white blood cell,and subjective blood rate in two groups were significantly lower than these before treatment（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the above indicators in observation group were significantly better than these in control group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,shivering fever,abdominal pain,dysuria,urgency and dysuria in two groups were significantly lower than these before treatment（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the above indexes in observation group were significantly better than these in control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of seminal vesicle mirror combined in vitro shortwave in the treatment of senile HF hematospermia is significant.
