二氧化碳激光联合不同剂量重组人干扰素α-1b对尖锐湿疣治疗效果的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察二氧化碳激光联合不同剂量干扰素对尖锐湿疣的治疗效果。方法:选取我院2012年1月至2015年12月收治的240例尖锐湿疣患者,采用随机数字表法将这些患者均分为A、B、C三组,对三组患者均行二氧化碳激光治疗,在此基础上A组用100万单位、B组用200万单位、C组用500万单位重组人干扰素α-1b联合治疗。观察三组患者的临床治疗效果和复发率及治疗中的不良反应发生情况。结果:三组患者临床治疗效果以C组最优、B组其次、A组较差,组间数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者的复发率以A组最高(20.0%)、B组其次(12.5%)、C组最低(5.0%),组间数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应的对比上,C组患者不良反应发生例数较多,且程度重,A组患者不良反应发生例数上、程度轻,B组患者居于两组患者之间,组间数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二氧化碳激光联合较高剂量的干扰素对尖锐湿疣治疗效果较好、复发率低,但其不良反应较严重,在临床工作中应根据患者病情轻重选择适宜剂量进行治疗。Objectives： To observe the therapeutic effect of carbon dioxide laser combined with different doses of interferon on condyloma. Methods： 240 cases of condyloma acuminata（ CA） in our hospital from 2012 January to December 2015 were selected. By random number table method,these patients were divided into three groups（ A,B and C）. Three groups all received CO2 laser treatment. On the basis of this,group A received 1 million units of human interferon alpha-1 b,group B received 2 million units of human interferon alpha-1 b,and group C received 5 million units of human interferon alpha-1 b. The clinical therapeutic effect,the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of three groups were observed. Results： Group C had the best treatment effect,followed by Group B and group A. The differences among the three groups were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. In the aspect of recurrence rate,group A was highest（ 20%）,followed by group B（ 12. 5%） and group C（ 5%）,with statistically significant differences（ P 0. 05）. In the aspect of adverse reactions,the case number of adverse reaction in group C was the highest and the adverse reaction was the most serious,followed by group B and group A,with statistically significant differences（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Carbon dioxide laser combined with high dose of interferon on the treatment of CA has good effect and low recurrence rate,but the adverse reaction is serious. In clinic,the appropriate dose for treatment should be used according to the severity of the disease.
