假性湿疣样高危HPV病毒感染类型的探究

摘　　要：目的:具体探究造成患者患有假性湿疣样高危HPV感染的病毒类型。方法:选取20例患有假性湿疣样高危HPV感染的患者记为A组,10例典型的假性湿疣样患者记为B组,10例典型的尖锐湿疣患者记为C组,采集三组患者病变部位脱落的细胞,通过利用HPV核酸扩增来检测细胞中的病毒分型,比较检测出的结果及影响。结果:假性湿疣样高危HPV感染患者的活检中检测到的病毒亚型中含有13种分别为低危型的HPV11、42、43,高危型HPV16、18、31、33、35、39、51、52、58、59;假性湿疣患者的活检中检测到阴性HPV有HPV11、16、18;尖锐湿疣患者的组织样品中检测到的HPV分别有低危型HPV6、11、42、43、44,高危型HPV16、18、31、33、35、39、45、51、52、56、58、59、68、53、66,大多都有HPV6、11。结论:假性湿疣样患者与尖锐湿疣患者组织样品中检测到很多相同HPV亚型,可根据结果加大对假性湿疣样患者病情的检测及时帮助患者降低患有HPV持续感染的风险,减少高危HPV感染的传播,在临床上具有极其重要的意义。Objectives： To explore the type of virus causing HPV infection in patients with pseudo-condyloma. Methods： 20 high-risk HPV virus infection patients with pseudo-condyloma were selected as group A,10 typical pseudo condyloma patients were as group B,and 10 condyloma acuminate patients were as group C. The lesion cells of three groups were collected. And HPV nucleic acid amplification was used to detect the virus type. The result and influence were compared. Results： There were 13 types of virus subtype in biopsy detection among high-risk HPV virus infection patients with pseudo-condyloma. They were low-risk type HPV 11,42,43,18 and31 and high-risk HPV 16,33,35,39,51,52,58 and 59. The negative HPV detected among patients with pseudo-condyloma included HPV 11,16 and 18. Virus subtypes in biopsy detection among patients with condyloma were HPV 6,11,42,43,44,18,31,high-risk HPV 16,33,35,39,45,51,52,56,58,59,68,53 and 66 HPV 6 and 11 were the most common subtypes. Conclusion： Virus subtypes in biopsy detection among patients with condyloma acuminate and high-risk HPV virus infection patients with pseudo-condyloma have some same subtypes. The clinic can,according to the results of sample test,increase the detection of pseudo-condyloma patients timely so as to help patients reduce risk of HPV infection and reduce the spread of high-risk HPV infection,which has very important significance.
