2007—2016年性病门诊中老年HIV与梅毒共感染现状分析

摘　　要：目的:了解性病门诊中老年HIV与梅毒共感染的现状和特点。方法:对2007年1月至2016年12月性病门诊做HIV与梅毒检测的46704例患者进行研究,并对55例≥50岁中老年HIV与梅毒共感染患者的情况做了分析。结果:46704例病人血清检测结果 HIV感染者452例,HIV与梅毒共感染299例(66.15%),其中≥50岁HIV感染64例,HIV与梅毒共感染55例(85.94%)。其中男性51例(92.73%),女性4例(7.27)。年龄以50~59岁为主,占83.64%(46/55),同时感染其他STI 39例(70.91%),离异或丧偶14例(25.4%),初中及以下文化34例(61.82%),离退休人员9例(16.36%)。通过性途径感染47例(85.45%)。结论:中老年感染STI病例逐年增多,有针对性的对高危中老年人群特别是经性途径传播的STI进行综合干预,提高中老年人群对性病艾滋病的认识,加强自愿咨询检测(VCT)的知晓率和主动性,是有效防控性病艾滋病在中老年人群传播与蔓延的重要环节。Objectives： To study the character of co-infection of human immunodeficiency virus（ HIV）and syphilis among middle-aged and elder people in sexually transmitted disease（ STD） clinic. Methods： 46704 subjects who accepted HIV and syphilis tests in clinic from January 2007 to December 2016 were selected and the condition of 55 middle-aged and elder people with both HIV and syphilis infection was analyzed. Results： Among the 46704 subjects,the number of HIV infection was 452. There were 299 cases of co-infection of HIV and syphilis（ 66. 15%）. Among the 46704 people,there were 64 cases of HIV infection who were elder than 50,and 55 cases of HIV and syphilis co-infection（ 85. 94%）. Among these co-infection patients,there were 51 males（ 92. 73%） and most were 50-59 years old（ 83. 64%）. 39（ 70. 91%） of them were infected by other STD. Among these co-infection patients,there were 14 cases who were single and divorced（ 25. 4%） and 34 cases（ 61. 82%） with middle school education and 9 cases retired（ 16. 36%）. There were 47 cases（ 85. 45%） who were infected from sex. Conclusion： The number of STD in middle aged and elder people increases in recent years.The patients should be educated to know about HIV and accept volunteer test. By these ways,STD in these patients especial in sex-active people can be controlled well.
