疏肝益气固涩法治疗早泄的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝益气固涩法治疗早泄的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗过程中共脱落5例,其中治疗组完成27例,对照组完成28例,治疗组予以疏肝益气固涩汤,10g/次,2次/d;对照组予以系统脱敏行为疗法,两组疗程均为2个月。观察两组患者治疗前后IELT、早泄诊断工具(PEDT)评分、射精控制程度、性生活满意度(患者满意度、配偶满意度)、焦虑状态评分变化。结果:治疗前后组内比较,两组IELT、PEDT、射精控制感、性生活满意度及焦虑状态(CIPE-Q5、CIPE-Q6、CIPE-Q7、CIPE-Q10)差异明显,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后组间比较,治疗组IELT、PEDT、射精控制感、性生活满意度及焦虑状态改善较对照组明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝益气固涩法能明显延长早泄患者的射精时间并改善其性生活质量。Objectives： To explore the clinical curative effect of Shugan Yiqi Guse method in treating premature ejaculation. Methods： 60 patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. 27 patients in treatment group and 28 patients in control group completed the treatment. Treatment group received Shugan Yiqi Guse pill therapy and control group received systematic desensitization behavioral therapy. IELT,premature ejaculation diagnostic tool（ PEDT） score,ejaculation control degree,sexual satisfaction（ patients＇ satisfaction,partner satisfaction）,anxiety score changes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results： The IELT,PEDT,ejaculation control,sexual satisfaction and anxiety state（ CIPE Q5,CIPE Q6,CIPE Q7,CIPE Q10） integration of two groups before and after the treatment were significantly different（ P 0. 05）. IELT and each scale scores of two groups after treatment had statistically significant differences（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Shugan Yiqi Guse method can obviously prolong the ejaculation time and improve quality of sexual life patients with premature ejaculation.
