摘　　要：阳痿是男科常见疾病,西药治疗见效迅速,但是难以解决根本问题。李曰庆教授临证40余年,对阳痿的治疗有独到的经验,认为阳痿本虚标实者为多,其病因多肾虚为本,肝郁为标,时有心肾不交,兼夹瘀血为患,故临床治疗当从心肝肾论治,以补肾疏肝,活血养心为基本治疗原则,同时兼顾身心同治、内外兼治、夫妻同治等,可提高阳痿的临床疗效。Impotence is a common male disease. Western medicine shows a rapid effect in the treatment of impotence,but it is difficult to solve the fundamental problem. Professor Li Yueqing has more than 40 years＇ clinical experience on the treatment of impotence,and he considers the pathogenesis based on root deficiency and branch excess. The root deficiency presents with kidney-deficiency and branch excess with liver depression. Sometimes there is disharmony between heart and kidney or blood stasis. So the clinical treatment should focus on the treatment from the aspect of heart,kidney and liver. Invigorating kidney and dispersing stagnated liver qi,promoting blood circulation and nourishing heart are the basic therapeutic principles. Meanwhile the physical and mental treatment,inside and outside treatment,male and female treatment should be strengthened to improve the clinical curative effect of impotence.
