摘 要:目的:探究精子顶体酶活性与精液参数的相关性。方法:研究对象选取为2014年1月至2015年12月于我院行精子顶体酶活性检查的116例成年男性,采用手淫法取精液,进行顶体酶活性及精液常规检查,按照顶体酶活性差异进行分组,将顶体酶活性≥48.2μIU/106者视为顶体酶正常组,否则视为顶体酶异常组,对比两组间的禁欲时间、体积、液化时间、浓度、形态、PR、NR等相关参数的差异性,分析顶体酶活性与常规精液参数的相关性;根据精子活力不同将患者分组,PR≥32%则视为活力正常组,否则视为活力异常组,对比两组的精液参数及顶体酶活性情况。结果:根据顶体酶活性分组,包括正常组72例,异常组44例,异常组的浓度、正常形态比例、PR、NP均显著低于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);根据精子活力分组,包括正常组49例,异常组67例,异常组的体积、浓度、顶体酶活性及NP均显著低于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);将精子顶体酶活性与精液参数进行相关性分析,结果显示顶体酶活性与浓度、PR、NP及精子正常形态构成比密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:精子顶体酶活性与精液的浓度、正常形态比例、精子活力有密切相关,顶体酶活性检验科作为评估精液质量的一项可靠指标。Objectives: To explore the relevance of acrosome enzyme activity and sperm parameter.Methods: 116 adult males receiving acrosome activity check in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected. The semen was taken by masturbation. Acrosome enzyme activity and routine examination of semen were done. According to the acrosome activity,the samples were divided into normal group( ≥48. 2 u IU/106) and abnormal group. The abstinence time,volume,liquefaction time,concentration,morphology,PR,NR and other relevant parameters of two groups were compared. The correlation between acrosome enzyme activity and conventional semen parameters was analyzed. The patients were grouped according to sperm motility,normal motility group( PR value≥32%) and abnormal motility group. The semen parameters and acrosome activity situation of two groups were compared. Results: In the acrosome activity groups,there were 72 cases in normal activity group and44 cases in abnormal activity group. The concentration,normal morphology ratio,PR and NP in abnormal group were significantly lower than these in normal group,with statistically significant difference( P 0. 05). According sperm motility,there were 49 cases in normal motility group and 67 cases in abnormal motility group. The abnormal volume,concentration,acrosome enzyme activity and NP in abnormal motility group were significantly lower than these in normal motility group,with statistically significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The sperm acrosome enzyme activity is closely related to the concentration of sperm,normal morphology ratio and sperm motility.Sperm acrosome enzyme activity test can be used as a reliable indicator of semen quality assessment.
