摘　　要：目的:探讨孕晚期妇女B族溶血性乳链球菌(GBS)感染情况对妊娠及新生儿结局的影响。方法:取在我院产前检查,并最终在我院分娩的孕晚期妇女为研究对象,均接受GBS培养,根据培养结果将GBS培养阳性的孕妇共138例分为观察组。另选择GBS培养阴性的孕妇142例作为对照组。观察并比较两组孕妇妊娠结局及新生儿结局情况。结果:观察组孕妇早产、胎膜早破、宫内感染、产后出血、产褥期感染、胎儿窘迫、病理性黄疸和新生儿感染发生率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组低出生体重儿的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孕晚期妇女GBS感染对不良妊娠及新生儿结局密切相关,可增加早产、胎膜早破、宫内感染、产后出血、产褥期感染、胎儿窘迫、病理性黄疸和新生儿感染发生率。应对孕晚期孕妇常规进行GBS感染的筛查并及时有效治疗。Objectives： To discuss influence of group B streptococcus（ GBS） infection of late-stage pregnant women on pregnancy and newborn outcome. Methods： The late-stage pregnant women,who were given the prenatal examination and delivered in the hospital,were selected as the research objects and given GBS cultivation.138 pregnant women with positive GBS cultivation result were selected as observation group and 142 pregnant women with negative GBS cultivation result were as control group. The pregnant results and newborn outcome of pregnant women in two groups were observed and compared. Results： The occurrence rates of premature delivery,premature rupture of membrane,intrauterine infection,postpartum hemorrhage,obstetric infection,fetal distress,pathologic jaundice and newborn infection in observation group were much higher than those in control group（ P 0. 05）. The occurrence rates of low birth weight infants in two groups had no statistical difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The GBS infection of late-stage pregnant women has close effect on negative pregnancy and newborn outcome,which may increase the occurrence rates of premature delivery,premature rupture of membrane,intrauterine infection,postpartum hemorrhage,obstetric infection,fetal distress,pathologic jaundice and newborn infection. Therefore,routine GBS infection screening and timely medical treatment shall be given on late-stage pregnant women.
