摘  要:无铅玻璃油墨是目前家用电器领域的必然选择。本文以自制无铅玻璃粉为基料,添加色料、调墨油及助剂等,制备了家电产品制造所用的无铅玻璃油墨,并研究了色料、调墨油含量对玻璃油墨性能的影响,最后用筛选的家电无铅玻璃油墨按照企业生产工艺制备了烤箱面板的黑色遮盖层,与国外品牌美国福禄公司的无铅玻璃油墨进行了应用对比。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和热膨胀仪对玻璃油墨涂层的组织性能进行了表征。试验结果表明,当色料、调墨油的含量分别为21%和17%时,在700℃、保温100s条件下制备的烤箱面板玻璃油墨涂层,符合目前烤箱面板生产线的工艺要求,油墨形成的玻璃薄膜具有良好的遮蔽性、光泽度、耐酸性和抗热震性。Currently, the lead-free glass ink becomes one of the hot points in the field of electric household appliances. In this research, a kind of lead-free glass ink for appliances was prepared with homemade lead-free glass powder as well as commercial pigments and varnish. The influence of pigment and varnish contents on the quality of glass ink was investigated. The optimized ink with lead-free glass was applied to fabricate the black coating on the glass panel for oven and its performance was compared with that of the commercial product by Ferro Company. The glass ink coating was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermal expansion analysis. The experimental results showed that when sintered at 700; for 100s, the glass ink with 21% pigment and 17% varnish could form the thin film, which meets well with the requirements of the glass panel production technology of for oven. The coating film showed excellent shielding property and glossiness, as well as good acid resistance and suitable thermal shock resistance.
