摘　　要：目的 :研究猪丘脑、小脑和延髓内leptin长形受体 (longformleptinreceptor,Ob Rb)mRNA的分布定位 ,比较长白猪和眉山猪上述脑区内Ob RbmRNA分布的差异。方法 :原位杂交法。结果 :在丘脑内 ,Ob RbmRNA标记神经元几乎见于所有核团 ,在中线核、丘脑室旁核和丘脑前核内出现大量的Ob RbmRNA标记神经元 ,其余核团内Ob RbmRNA标记神经元分布较少。在小脑皮质三层中均有Ob RbmRNA标记神经元 ,以梨状神经元层和颗粒层分布较密集。在延髓下橄榄核、孤束核、迷走神经背核和舌下神经核有Ob RbmRNA标记神经元出现。结论 :猪丘脑、小脑和延髓内均有Ob RbmRNA分布 ,其分布定位在长白猪与眉山猪未见明显的差异。Objective:To study the localization of long form leptin receptor (Ob-Rb) mRNA in the thalamus,cerebellum and medulla oblongata in Changbai and Meishan pigs,and to compare the differences in distribution of Ob-Rb mRNA between the 2 breeds.Methods: In situ hybridization histochemistry was used in this study.Results:In the thalamus,Ob-Rb mRNA was observed almost in all nuclei with the most in midline nuclear group,thalamic paraventricular nucleus and anterior nuclear group.Within the cerebellum,Ob-Rb mRNA was found in all 3 layers,with the majority in the Purkinje cell and granular layers.In the medulla oblongata,Ob-Rb mRNA was observed in the inferior olivary nucleus,the nucleus of the solitary tract,dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus and the hypoglossal nucleus.Conclusion:Ob-Rb mRNA is located in the thalamus,cerebellum and medulla oblongata in the pig,there is no obvious distribution difference between Changbai pig and Meishan pig.
