摘 要:铬是一种带微蓝色调的银白色金属。化学稳定性好,反光性好,有高度的耐磨性和很好的耐热性,在一般大气环境中能长久地保持其原来的光泽。镀硬铬:是一种传统的表面电镀技术,是在各种基体表面镀一层较厚的铬镀层,它的厚度一般在20μm以上,提高零件的硬度、耐磨、耐温和耐蚀等性能。[1]石家庄飞机工业有限责任公司热表处理分厂在生产过程中发现内孔镀硬铬在批量生产中存在着镀层剥落、镀层粗糙、表面状态差等一系列问题。通过对内孔镀硬铬常见的故障进行分析,制定合理的解决措施和工艺方案用于批量的生产中,减少故障率,取得了理想的效果。Chromium is a silvery-white metal with a bluish hue. It has good chemical stability, good reflection, high wear resistance and good heat resistance, and it can maintain its original luster in a long time in the general atmosphere. Hard chrome plating is a traditional surface plating technology and it is to plat a thick layer of chrome in variety of substrates and the thickness is generally above 20μm, to improve the hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance and other properties.[1]In the production process of the Heat Meter Processing Branch of Shijiazhuang Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd., it found that the hole hard chrome plating had many problems in the mass production, such as, coating peeling, coating rough, poor surface condition and so on. By analyzing the common faults of hard chrome plating in the inner hole, the reasonable solution and process scheme for mass production is developed to reduce the failure rate and achieve the desired result.
