摘  要:公共性理论是康德政治思想的重要部分。理解这一理论,须将康德的相关文本置于三大批判和道德形而上学的理论框架下分析,明晰其对"人"的思考和对人类历史的认识。康德公共性理论包含三层含义:公共性的实践表现——"理性的公开运用";公共性的先天条件——"反思判断力"的"共同感";公共性的先验原则——"公共法权"的"公开性"。康德对革命的反对,对国家权威的绝对肯定,对公共性适用范围的差异对待,以及对公共性与私人性的模糊处理则是其局限性。The theory of publicity is an important part of Kant's political philosophy.In order to fully understand his theory of publicity,we should analyze his essays on publicity together with his three critiques and his thought about people and human history.Kant's theory of publicity includes three levels:the practical performance of publicity — "the public use of reason",the congenital condition of publicity – the "common sense" of "reflective judgment",and the priori principle of publicity – the "publicity" of "public rights".However,Kant's theory of publicity has its own limits caused by the specific era,such as the opposition to any form of revolution,an absolute affirmation of the state's authority,the discriminatory treatment to the scope of application of publicity,and the vague distinction between publicity and privacy.
