不同妊娠时期胱抑素C变化及其参考范围的建立

摘　　要：目的探讨健康妊娠妇女不同时期血清胱抑素C(CysC)的变化,建立其参考范围,为妊娠期疾病诊断提供依据。方法选择健康妊娠妇女早、中、晚期各200例,同时选取200例健康非孕妇女作为健康对照组,检测各组血清CysC水平,建立健康妊娠妇女早、中、晚期的CysC参考范围。结果健康妊娠妇女早、中、晚期血清CysC参考范围分别为0.25~0.75mg/L、0.23~0.81mg/L、0.45~1.39mg/L。早、中期妊娠组血清CysC水平与健康对照组比较,差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);而晚期妊娠组血清CysC水平明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康妊娠晚期妇女血清CysC水平明显升高,实验室有必要制定其特殊的参考范围,为妊娠期疾病诊断提供依据。Objective To investigate the changes of serum cystatin C(CysC)in healthy pregnant women at different stages and to establish a reference range for the diagnosis of pregnancy diseases. Methods Healthy pregnant women early,middle and late of the 200 cases,and 200 cases of healthy non pregnant women as healthy control group,serum CysC levels were detected,to establish the reference range of healthy pregnant women early,middle and late. Results The reference ranges of serum CysC in early,middle and late stages of healthy pregnant women were 0.25~0.75,0.23~0.81,and 0.45~1.39 mg/L.Compared to the control group,the serum level of CysC in early and mid pregnancy group and healthy,no significant difference(P>0.05),and the serum CysC levels in late pregnancy group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The level of serum CysC in women with advanced pregnancy is obviously higher.It is necessary for the laboratory to establish a special reference range for the diagnosis of pregnancy diseases.
