耳穴压豆配合穴位注射治疗神经性呕吐的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴压豆配合穴位注射治疗神经性呕吐的疗效。方法将74例神经性呕吐患者随机分为对照组37例和研究组37例,对照组给予舒必利治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用耳穴压豆配合穴位注射干预,观察比较两组每天呕吐次数、每次呕吐时间及控制呕吐的总有效率。结果两组呕吐次数及呕吐时间比较,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较,研究组为94.6%明显优于对照组的75.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆配合穴位注射可改善神经性呕吐患者的症状,止吐效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with acupoint injection on the curative effect of nervous vomiting. Methods 74 patients with neurogenic vomiting were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 37 cases,the control group was treated with sulpiride in the treatment of,the study group was treated with auricular point pressing beans combined with acupoint injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Results Two groups of vomiting times and vomiting time,the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ear acupoint pressing beans combined with acupoint injection can improve the symptoms of patients with neurogenic vomiting,and the effect is remarkable.
