支撑喉镜下二氧化碳激光治疗成人喉乳头状瘤的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨支撑喉镜下二氧化碳激光治疗成人喉乳头状瘤的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年6月~2016年6月收治的成人喉乳头状瘤患者66例为研究对象,按随机抽签原则进行分组,治疗组33例应用支撑喉镜下二氧化碳激光治疗,对照组33例实施肿瘤钳除术,观察两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生率以及复发情况,并进行统计分析。结果治疗组患者的手术治愈率为96.97%,无并发症发生,复发率为9.09%;对照组的手术治愈率为81.82%,并发症发生率为12.12%,复发率为30.30%;两组观察指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜下二氧化碳激光治疗成人喉乳头状瘤的短期治疗效果确切,并发症少,复发率低,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of carbon dioxide laser with laryngoscopy in the treatment of adult laryngeal papilloma. Methods Forty-six patients with adult laryngeal papilloma from June 2015 to June2016 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random sampling.The treatment group(n=33)Laser treatment,the control group(n=33)to take tumor pliers surgery,the two groups of patients with long-term efficacy,postoperative complications were statistically analyzed. Results The cure rate was 96.97%in the treatment group,the complication rate was 0,the recurrence rate was 9.09%;the control rate was 81.82%in the control group,the complication rate was 12.12%,the recurrence rate was30.30 %;there was significant difference between the two groups(all P<0.05). Conclusion Support the laryngoscopic CO2 laser treatment of adult laryngeal papilloma short-term treatment of the exact effect,less complications,easy to relapse,it is worth promoting the use of clinical.
