摘　　要：本文将结合合同能源管理模式的特点和既有公共建筑节能改造项目流程进行总结分析,识别出合同能源管理模式下既有公共建筑节能项目全生命周期中存在的各类风险因素,并通过灰色关联度法分析各类风险的影响重要度,提出对各类风险的控制方法,为既有公共建筑业主在开展节能项目时提供风险防范参考与建议。Based on the characteristics of contract energy management mode and the process of existing public buildings energy-saving renovation project,this paper identifies all kinds of risk factors existing in the life cycle of existing public buildings’ energy-saving projects under the contract energy management mode,applies the gray relational degree method to analyze the importance of all kinds of risks and puts forward the control methods.It provides references and suggestions for risk prevention for existing public building owners when they carry out energy saving projects.
