摘　　要：当前,建筑业正面临转型升级的问题,由传统的粗放式生产方式向高技术高标准的精细化管理方式改变。而建筑行业的转型升级离不开互联网的支持与深度应用,智慧建造、智慧企业将是未来建筑施工行业转型升级发展的方向。本文将介绍建筑业的发展现状,在"互联网+"时代,高新信息化技术的应用现状。最终将重点提到BIM技术、物联网技术和云计算技术。从而探讨"建筑业+互联网"对建筑业转型升级的重要意义。At present,the construction industry is facing the problem of transformation and upgrading,changing from the traditional extensive mode of production to the fine management of high-tech and high standards.The transformation and upgrading of the construction industry can not do without the support and in-depth application of the Internet.Smart construction and smart business will be the development direction of transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.This article will introduce the development status of the construction industry,and the status of the application of high-tech information technology in the ＂Internet ＋ ＂ era.It will focus on BIM technology,Internet of Things technology and cloud computing technology and explore the great significance of ＂construction industry ＋Internet＂ on the construction industry transformation and upgrading.
