摘　　要：中国共产党妇女权益保障思想源自马克思主义科学社会主义学说,是基于马克思主义妇女解放理论建构起的妇女权益保障理论与实践经验总结。本文在分析我国现行的妇女权益保障法律体系的基础上,论述当前中国共产党在保障妇女权益方面存在的问题,深入探讨中国共产党保障妇女权益的思想体系。The concept of women＇s rights protection of the Communist Party of China is derived from theMarxist theory of scientific socialism. It is a summary of the theory and practice of women＇s rights and in-terests based on the theory of Marxist women＇s emancipation. On the basis of analyzing the current legalsystem of women＇s rights and interests in our country, this paper discusses the problems existing in theprotection of women＇s rights and interests of the Chinese Communist Party, and deeply discusses the com-prehensive protection of women＇s rights and interests of the Communist Party of China Measures.
