摘　　要：农村和谐社会是社会主义和谐社会的组成部分之一,也是建设社会主义和谐社会的重点和难点。"农村安,则天下安;农村稳,则天下稳",没有农村社会的和谐,整个社会不可能达到全面的真正的和谐。本研究从农村和谐农村建设的角度进行研究,详细分析农村社会工作人才队伍建设的现状、问题及对策。The rural harmonious society is one of the components of the socialist harmonious society, andis also the key and difficult point of building a socialist harmonious society. ＂The countryside is safe, thenthe world is safe; the countryside is stable, then the world is stable＂, and there is no harmony in the ru-ral society, the whole society can not achievea comprehensive real harmony. This paper discuss from theperspective of rural harmonious rural construction, the detailed analysis of the current situation of rural so-cial work talent team construction, problems and countermeasures.
