循环经济视角下的产业转移研究——以安徽省承接江苏省产业为例

摘　　要：我国目前区域经济发展不均衡,安徽省的老工业园区亟待循环经济规划改革,由于安徽地处我国中部,紧邻长江三角洲经济发达地区,使得安徽有条件去走一条承接江苏产业转移并实现产业循环经济发展的道路。对比安徽、江苏的产业结构及发展,在企业层面,从农业工业两个方面对安徽企业进行分析,提出了安徽未来发展的三大方向,安徽省在发展过程中需要实现承接发展江苏产业并完成产业循环模式绿色升级。At present in our country,there is unbalanced development of regional economy. In Anhui Province,the old industrial park needs to be conducted circular economy planning reform. Because Anhui is located in the central part of China,adjacent to the Yangtze River Delta,the Anhui has conditions to undertake industrial transfer from Jiangsu and to realize industrial development of circular economy. Compare industrial structure and development in Anhui and Jiangsu,at the enterprise level,analyze the enterprises in Anhui from two aspects of agriculture and industry,three major directions of Anhui future development are proposed,Anhui Province needs to realize the undertaking of Jiangsu industry in the development process,to complete the green upgrading of industry cycle model.
