摘  要:对复配型聚烯烃纤维进行湿法抄造实验,考查了纤维配比、疏解转数、消泡剂用量、分散剂用量及热压温度对纸页性能的影响。结果表明,PP∶ES为2∶1,疏解转数为3000转,聚醚改性硅油消泡剂和聚氧乙烯分散剂用量均为1.5%时,纤维的分散效果最佳。热压温度为135℃,可获得各项性能良好的无纺布。The combined polyolefin fiber was studied by wet papermaking experiment. The influences of fiber ratio,the revolutions,the amount of defoamer and dispersant,the hot-pressing temperature on the paper properties were investigated.The results showed that when the PP∶ES was 2∶1,the revolutions was 3000 rpm,the dosage of polyether modified silicone oil-based defoamer and polyoxyethylene dispersant were both 1.5%,the fiber dispersion had the best effect. The non-woven obtained good performance while the hot pressing temperature was 135 degrees centigrade.
