摘 要:通过在羧甲基纤维素(CMC)溶液中原位合成锌铝-层状双氢氧化物(Zn Al-LDH),并结合冷冻干燥制备了CMC/Zn Al-LDH复合气凝胶。结构和形貌分析表明,Zn Al-LDH与CMC具有较强的界面作用,Zn Al-LDH片层被CMC基体完全包覆。热性能和燃烧性能分析表明,相比于CMC,CMC/Zn Al-LDH复合气凝胶的热稳定性和阻燃性能得到了提高,这是由于在气凝胶表面上生长的针状碳酸钠促进了致密膨胀碳层的生成,而Zn Al-LDH稳定了碳层的结构。Carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)aerogels containing ZnAl layered double hydroxide(ZnAl-LDH)were prepared by in-situ synthesis of ZnAl-LDH layers in CMC solutions and freeze-drying process. The structural characterization and morphological observation demonstrated that the two components had strong interaction with ZnAl-LDH embedded in CMC matrix completely. The influence of ZnAl-LDH on the thermal properties and flammability performance of the composite aerogels was investigated. It was established that ZnAl-LDH could improve the thermal stability as well as fire safety of CMC/ZnAl-LDH aerogels. The growth of pine-needle shaped carbonate anhydrous on the surfaces of CMC/ZnAl-LDH films combined with ZnAl-LDH layers promoted a formation of compact intumesenct char,while the ZnAl-LDH particles stabilized the char structure.
