白音华褐煤自燃规律与仓储周期研究

摘　　要：白音华褐煤煤化程度较低,具有高挥发分、高水分、低热值等特点,露天仓储存在易自燃、热损大、粉尘多等问题。通过对不同季节、不同仓储方式煤堆温度的测试,结合褐煤低温氧化反应机理,研究白音华褐煤温度变化、自燃规律,确定露天仓储的合理周期,为各电厂仓储白音华褐煤提供参考。Baiyinhua Lignite Coal has the characteristics of high volatileness, high moisture, low heat value and low gelatinization degree, etc. The outdoor storage of Baiyinhua Lignite Coal could easily cause spontaneous combustion, huge heat loss, more dust and other issues. Through the temperature test of the coal heap in different seasons and different ways of storage, this article analyzes the temperature change and the spontaneous combustion rule of Baiyinhua Lignite Coalby using low temperature oxidation reaction mechanismof lignite coal. This article also gives a reasonable period of outdoor storage which could provide mature management experience of thestorage of Baiyinhua Lignite Coal to power plants.
