摘  要:多盘感应分压器是工频电压比例标准装置中应用最广泛的感应分压器,其下级所有标准互感器的不确定度评定都需要考虑多盘感应分压器引入的不确定度分量。对多盘感应分压器的校准线路进行了分析,并对标准不确定度进行了评定,选取了重复性测量、标准器及误差测量装置等3个主要分量作为不确定度来源。最后取包含因子为2,对扩展不确定度和最佳估计值进行了计算。Multiple winding inductive voltage divider is the most widely used inductive voltage divider in apparatus of voltage ratiostandards at power frequency. The uncertainty evaluation of all standard transformers in the lower level need to take into account the uncertainty components introduced by the multi winding inductive divider. In this paper, the calibration circuit of multiple winding induction voltage divider is analyzed. The sources of uncertainty are evaluated from three main ways such as repeatability measurement,standards and error measuring equipment. Finally, we take the coverage factor to be 2 and both the extended uncertainty and the bestestimate are calculated.
