厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清Cys C、Hcy、TNF-α、ET、TGF-b1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究分析厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清Cys C、Hcy、TNF-α、ET、TGF-b1水平的影响。方法:60例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组均采取常规降糖治疗等措施,同时观察组给予厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组仅给予厄贝沙坦治疗。记录比较患者治疗前后各项生化指标以及血清Cys C、Hcy、TNF-α、ET、TGF-b1水平。结果:(1)治疗前,两组FBG、TG、Scr、BUN水平之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗结束后,两组TG、Scr、BUN水平均较同组治疗前明显降低,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),且观察组TG、Scr、BUN水平降低程度均优于对照组,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗前,两组血清Cys C、Hcy、TNF-α、ET、TGF-b1水平之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗结束后,两组血清Cys C、Hcy、TNF-α、ET、TGF-b1水平均较同组治疗前明显降低,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),且观察组血清C、Hcy、TNF-α、ET、TGF-b1水平降低程度均优于对照组,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对早期糖尿病肾病患者使用厄贝沙坦和阿托伐他汀联合治疗,可显著改善患者各生化指标和细胞因子等的血清水平,保护患者肾功能。Objective：To observe the effects of Irbesartan combined with Atorvastatin on early diabetic nephropathy patients＇ serum Cys C,Hcy,TNF-α,ET and TGF-b1 levels.Methods：A total of 60 early diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into observation group（30 cases）and control group（30 cases）.Observation group：Irbesartan combined with Atorvastatin;control group：patients were treated only by Irbesartan.Recording and comparing the levels of Cys C,Hcy,TNF-α,ET and TGF-b1 before and after treatment.Results：（1）Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the serum FBG,TG,Scr,BUN levels between the two groups（P〉0.05）.After treatment,compared with the same group before treatment,the serum TG,Scr,BUN levels of the two groups were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,and those levels of observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;（2）Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the serum Cys C,Hcy,TNF-α,ET,TGF-b1 levels between the two groups（P〉0.05）.After treatment,compared with the same group before treatment,the serum Cys C,Hcy,TNF-α,ET,TGF-b1 levels of the two groups were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,and those levels of observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Irbesartan combined with Atorvastatin for early diabetic nephropathy patients can reduce the levels of serum Cys C,Hcy,TNF-α,ET,TGF-b1 and be beneficial to protect their nephritic function.
