摘 要:石南A集中处理站在污水处理系统和原油系统中发现大量硫化氢气体,给生产带来严重安全隐患。通过对处理站污水处理系统和原油系统产生硫化氢的机理进行调查,确定硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)是产生硫化氢的主要因素。文章分析了温度、酸碱度和矿化度等影响SRB生长的因素,对比差异变化,通过现场试验对杀菌剂种类和加药量进行了调整,确定油用杀菌剂DL-328最佳投加量为50g/mL,水用杀菌剂JXSH-1最佳投加量为20g/mL。措施优化后现场应用结果表明,硫化氢得到了有效治理,并取得了良好的经济效益。A large amount of hydrogen sulfide gas was found in crude oil processing system and sewage treatment system in Shinan central treatment station A,which produced serious potential safety hazard.Through investigating the generation mechanism of hydrogen sulfide in sewage treatment system and crude oil system,it was determined that the sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)was the main factor to produce hydrogen sulfide.Through the analysis and field tests on temperature,pH and salinity affected the growth of sulfate reducing bacteria,the kind and dosage of fungicides were adjusted.It was determined that the best dosage of DL-328 was 50 g/mL,and the best dosage of JXSH-1 was 20 g/mL.The field application results after the optimization show that hydrogen sulfide has been effectively treated and has achieved good economic benefits.
