摘　　要：政府购买体育公共服务已成为当前,直至将来我国体育治理的重要举措,这也是我国实现"小政府,大社会"社会治理理想目标的必然要求。城市体育社团是参与购买体育公共服务的关键力量。在参与购买过程中,城市体育社团面对政府、面对其他体育社团、面对社团自身分别承担不同的角色地位。三位一体的角色综合,是城市体育社团的最终角色凭借。The purchase of public sports service by the government is becoming an important approach for Chinese sport governing nowadays and in the future. This is also an inevitable requirement on realizing the "small government and large society"social governing goal. City sport associations are the key force participating in public sport service purchase. During the purchase process,city sport associations play different role when facing government,other associations or itself. The trinity integration is the final role resort of city sport associations.
