摘　　要：通过文献资料法、影像动作观察法、逻辑分析法对2016年国际手球规则修改内容进行分析得出,2016年国际手球规则在队员受伤、消极比赛、最后30秒、蓝牌和守门员作为场上队员五个方面的内容上做了修改补充,使比赛更加规范合理公平公正,推动手球运动的发展。为了在比赛中更好贯彻和执行新规则,真正认识和理解新规则的精神和意图,裁判员的执裁理念要不断更新,尽快适应和掌握新规则,在临场实践中提高对比赛的判断和掌控能力。Through literature review,video observation and logical analysis method,this paper analyzes the 2016 amendment of the international handball rules. It is concluded that five aspects are covered including the injured players,negative competition,the last 30 seconds,as well as the blue card and goalkeeper as a field player.These changes will make the game more reasonable,formal and fair to promote the development of handball. In order to better implement and enforce the new rules in the game,the referees not only need to understand the real spirit and intent of the new rules,but also need update their philosophy of execution to adapt and grasp the new rules as soon as possible and improve the ability to judge and control in the game.
