摘 要:本文以第28届、第29届和第30届奥运会1500m男子决赛第一名共7人次,6名运动员为研究对象,通过文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,通过对6名运动员在各赛事中全程速度进行分析,探索世界优秀男子1500m运动员全程跑速度分配的变化特点。研究表明,该6名运动员均根据自身素质制定有相应的速度分配模式,采用速度突变型或者先匀后快型模式;在所采用的速度分配模式中,世界优秀运动员后半程速度均比前半程快,且呈加速跑模式;在每段跑程中不同的速度分配对总成绩都会有很重要的影响。由此总结出适应我国1500m训练的理论指导,为我国优秀男子1500m跑运动训练和合理分配全程速度及体力提供借鉴。Six first prize winners( 7 winners person-time) from the 28 th,29 th,and 30 thOlympic Games 1500 m male finals are taken as the research objects. Through literature,video observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods,the overall speeds of the 6 athletes at different events are analyzed to explore the characters of speed distribution among world elite male 1500 m athletes. Results show that every athlete holds his/her own speed distribution mode,such as speed sudden change mode or average speed followed by sped up;among the modes,the average speed of second half speed among world elite athletes are faster than the first half,and acceleration is made gradually in the second half; speed distribution in different phases influences the final results greatly. Thus,the theoretical guidance for 1500 m training in China is summarized,in order to provide references for the training,speed distribution and physical distribution for Chinese elite 1500 m male athletes.
