摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法,通过回顾游泳转身技术的发展历程,总结了游泳转身技术运动学参数15种,分别包括8种时间,2种速度,3种角度和2种距离;归纳了不同时期游泳转身发展的过程,揭示了现代游泳转身技术的发展方向,即采用高科技手段对转身技术动作进行定量研究,诊断运动员转身环节的技术问题,提出相应的意见与建议,以便为教练员安排和改进下一步的训练计划提供有参考价值的理论依据。Applying the literature material method and through reviewing the development of swimming turns,this paper summarizes 15 kinds of kinematics parameters of swimming turns,including eight time respectively,two kinds of speed,three kinds of Angle and 2 kinds of distance. It also summarizes the turn technique development process in different swimming period,reveals the modern trends of turn techniques——quantitative research by high-tech means,diagnoses swimmers' technical problems in turning,and puts forward corresponding suggestions. The final aim is to provide valuable theory basis of reference value for coaches to improve the future training plan.
