摘 要:本文以忻州师范学院公体部学生为研究对象,通过实验法、问卷调查法和数理统计法、文献资料法,采用优化设计的力量性运动处方、从公体部随机选取40名学生分为实验组和对照组进行为期八周的力量训练。实践表明:经过几次修改成型后的运动处方实施后,实验前后(P<0.05)实验组男女生增肌效果明显,学生身体形态、精神状态、健康程度都有明显的改善,基本达到本次研究的预期目标。Taking public sport department students at Xinzhou Normal University as the research object,using research methods of experimental,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and literature,this paper applies an optimal designed eight-week strength training program for 40 students who are randomly selected from the public sport department and are divided into experimental group and control group. Practice shows that: after the implementation of the exercise prescription after several times revise, muscle increasing effectively for the experimental group among both male and female students( P < 0. 05),which can be seen from obvious improvement on body shape,spiritual status and healthy level. The expected goal is basically achieve through the study.
