高校图书馆电子阅览室规范化管理的思考

摘　　要：当前,随着新媒体的发展与应用,数字阅读方式已成为大学生群体阅读的主要方式,高校电子阅览室的管理及服务水平是图书馆现代化、数字化的重要标志。本文对目前高校图书馆电子阅览室建设及管理服务中存在的突出问题进行深入梳理分析后,从管理制度、经费保障机制、数字资源建设及宣传、馆员专业技能水平、读者数字资源利用能力等方面提出了建设性的建议。With the development and application of new media, digital reading has become the main reading way of college students. Management and service level of e-reading room in university library is an important symbol of modernization and digitalization. After analysis on the existing problems of the construction and management of e-reading room in university library, this paper put forward some constructive suggestions from management system, funding safeguard mechanism, construction and publicity of digital resource, librarians5 professional skills and readers5 digital resource utilization ability.
