摘　　要：江苏省农业科学院(以下简称"江苏省农科院")建院80余年,取得了令人瞩目的成就,为江苏乃至全国农业现代化建设做出了突出的贡献,在我国农业科研战线颇受尊重、广受赞誉。近年来,江苏省农科院从实际的工作需要出发,在全院信息化应用与建设层面上积极组织和推进,在网络的基础环境搭建(机房、管线、无线网络建设等)、各门户服务网站及应用系统开发、用户服务等方面都取得了一些成果。但从总体发展来看,全院信息化建设缺乏统筹规划,在系统统一接口化、网络环合理化、信息分类共享化、数据标准统一化、运营维护规范化等方面依然存在一些比较突出问题与矛盾,迫切需要结合业务实际和发展目标,厘清信息化发展思路,制定一个统筹全院、适度前瞻、科学合理的规划来引领全院信息化建设工作。Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences （hereinafter referred to as the ＂Jiangsu Academy＂） has a history for more than 80 years, and has made remarkable achievements and outstanding contributions to Jiangsu’ s and national agricultural modernization, which is respected and acclaimed in front of China＇s agricultural research. In recent years, from the actual needs of work, Jiangsu Academy actively organized and promoted the application of information technology and construction level, and made some achievements on the network environment building （ IT rooms, pipelines, wireless networks）, the portal service website and application system development, customer service and other aspects. But from the perspective of overall development, the construction of information system is lack of overall planning, with some outstanding problems and contradictions on unified interface, rational network ring, the sharing of information classification, data standardization and formal operation and maintenance and other aspects. It is an urgent need to combine practical business and development goals, clarify the informatization development ideas, develop a integrated, moderately prospective, scientific and rational planning to guide the informatization construction work.
