摘 要:目的:探讨慢性肾脏病患者自由生活状态下透析与非透析的能量消耗。方法:随机抽取我院透析患者22例为透析组,同时抽取在人口学特征上具有可比性的非透析患者21例为非透析组。两组患者均采用营养学一日能量消耗调查表记录患者自由生活状态下24h的能量消耗。结果:透析组患者24h能量消耗高于非透析组(P<0.05),透析组患者卧位及坐位所消耗的能量高于非透析组(P<0.05);血液透析组患者与腹膜透析组患者24h能量消耗差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),透析组患者卧位及坐位消耗的能量高于非透析组(P<0.05)。结论:透析患者能量消耗较多,需注意对透析患者能量的补充。血液透析与腹膜透析总体消耗能量相同,但是腹膜透析患者行走活动时间较长。Objective:To investigate the energy expenditure of dialysis and non-dialysis of chronic kidney disease patients.Methods:22 cases of dialysis patients were randomly selected as dialysis group,21 non-dialysis patients were selected as non-dialysis group.Measure the energy expenditure of the patients under different activity by daily activity energy expenditure questionnaire.Results:The energy expenditure of 24 hin dialysis group was higher than that in non-dialysis group(P<0.05),The energy consumed by lying and sitting in the dialysis group was higher than that in the non-dialysis group(P<0.05).The difference of 24 henergy expenditure between hemodialysis group and peritoneal dialysis group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),The energy expenditure of lying and sitting in the dialysis group was higher than that in the non-dialysis group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Dialysis patients consume more energy,so attention should be paid to the energy supplement of dialysis patients.The total energy expenditure of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis is the same,However,peritoneal dialysis patients have longer time to walk.
