软式输尿管镜激光内切开治疗肾盂旁囊肿32例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨软式输尿管镜激光内切开治疗肾盂旁囊肿的疗效及安全性。方法:采取软式输尿管镜激光内切开手术治疗的32例肾盂旁囊肿病例,分别就术前情况、术中情况、术后并发症、疗效以及操作经验进行总结。结果:32例患者中,囊肿直径4~6cm,平均手术时间(35.47±7.34)min,平均术中冲洗液量(2609.38±656.66)ml,平均术中出血量(15.94±7.98)ml,手术有效率100%,随访3~12月无复发,未出现严重并发症。结论:软式输尿管镜激光内切开治疗肾盂旁囊肿,较传统治疗方式具有创伤小,并发症少的优势。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of soft ureteroscopic laser endopexy in the treatment of renal pelvis cyst.Methods:Thirty-two cases of psoas cyst treated with soft ureteroscopic laser endotracheal incision were reviewed.Preoperative situation,intraoperative status,postoperative complications,curative effect and operating experience were summarized.Results:Among the 32 patients,the average diameter of cysts was 4 ~6 cm,the average operation time was(35.47±7.34)min,the mean volume of intraoperative fluid was(2609.38±656.66)ml,the mean intraoperative blood loss was(15.94±7.98)ml.Efficiency 100%,no recurrence 3 to 12 months follow-up,no serious complications.Conclusion:Laser ureteroscopic laser endoadulotomy in the treatment of renal pelvis cyst has the advantage of less trauma and fewer complications than the traditional treatment.
