摘 要:阐述海用雷达综合效能指数的研究意义,梳理国内外效能评估方法论发展历程,提出海用雷达综合效能概念并研究海用雷达综合效能指数概念、要素、分类、准则、表征体系以及层次化结构。基于不同使用目的,综合考虑海用雷达技术性能、战术功能、能力体现等各层面要素,建立雷达综合效能指数模型,并给出计算步骤。研究了典型子效能指数计算模型,采用层次分析法计算所需权重,并讨论了舰艇编队雷达组网探测综合效能指数模型的构建。以俄罗斯Fregat-N为参照系,计算美国AN/SPS48E三坐标雷达的综合效能指数,验证研究结果。The research significance of the comprehensive effectiveness index for the marine radarsis expounded, the development process of the effectiveness evaluation methods at home and abroad isdiscussed, the comprehensive effectiveness concepts for the marine radars are proposed and theindex concepts, elements, classification, criteria, representation system and hierarchical structure ofthe comprehensive effectiveness for the marine radars are studied. Based on the different applicationpurposes, the various elements such as the radar technical performance, tactical functions, and ca?pability embodiment of the marine radars are taken into consideration, and the comprehensive effec?tiveness index model is built with the calculation steps given. The calculation model of the typicalsub?efficiency index is studied. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to calculate the re?quired weight. The construction of the comprehensive effectiveness index model for the radar networkdetection of the ship formation is discussed. With Russia?s Fregat?N as reference, the comprehensiveeffectiveness index of the US AN/ SPS48E 3D radar is calculated to verify the research results.
