摘 要:延时组件在不同的延时态之间,其传输线的插入损耗相差很大。为此,提出一种在各基态中引入π型电阻衰减网络,用于补偿各延时态之间的插损差。对π型电阻衰减网络进行了详细的理论计算和建模仿真。分析了引入π型电阻衰减网络后对延时组件的相位影响,以及π型电阻衰减网络中电阻上的功率分布。给出了延时组件的实物布局图和实际测量的接收增益数据。测试的数据显示,通过幅度补偿后其接收增益带内起伏小于±0.5 d B,同时也验证了该幅度补偿技术的准确性和可行性。The insertion loss of the transmission line is quite different for the time delay module indifferent time delay states. In order to compensate the insertion loss difference, a kind of π?type re?sistance attenuation network is proposed in the ground states. The detailed theoretical calculation andmodeling simulation of the π?type resistance attenuation network have been carried out. The effect ofthe π?type resistance attenuation network on the phase of the time delay module has been analyzed.And the power distribution of the π?type resistance attenuation network has been discussed. The lay?out of the π?type resistance attenuation network in the time delay module and the measured receivegain data are provided. The tested data show that the receive gain fluctuation in band is less than ±0.5 dB after the amplitude compensation by using the π?type resistance attenuation network. The accu?racy and feasibility of the amplitude compensation technique are also verified.
