摘　　要：基于Schiffman移相器,设计了一种2~6 GHz方同轴线双耦合结构的宽带移相器。该移相器可以实现90°的移相量。通过仿真设计,该移相器在3倍带宽内其模型具有较好的移相精度,且驻波和损耗也较小,验证了该方案的可行性。A broadband phase shifter with a square coaxial line double coupling structure is designedbased on the Schiffman phase shifter at the frequency of 2～6 GHz. The phase shifter can obtain 90°phase shift. Through the simulation design, the phase shifter has better phase？shifting accuracy andless standing wave and loss in triple bandwidth, which verifies the feasibility of the scheme.
