清热解毒栓剂在儿童用药中的研究进展

摘　　要：中医历来用清热解毒方药来治疗热毒壅盛疾病.由于此种方药使用安全、副作用小、作用范围广,在儿科临床上得到了广泛应用.而将此种方药制成栓剂,更是解决了小儿服药难的问题.本文通过查阅大量资料,从清热解毒方药的药理作用及儿科临床应用、清热解毒栓剂的种类及儿科临床应用上的优势、儿童用中成药的安全问题等方面进行综述,为儿童栓剂用药的进一步研究提供基础.Heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs,for the therapy of heat-toxin brimming pattern in ChineseMedicine,are also widely used in Pediatric Clinics because of its high safety,less side-effects andwide therapeutic range.Its dosage form is altered to suppository which can resolve the children'sdifficulty when they are taking medicine.Based on a numbers of references,this review summarizesincluding the pharmacological effects and the clinical application of Heat-clearing and detoxifyingdrugs,the types of suppository,the advantages in clinical application in Pediatric Chinese patentdrugs.It provides scientific basis for the further research of clinical pediatric medication on suppos-itory.
