摘  要:位于秦岭峡谷地区的西城高铁木河中桥为上承式钢筋混凝土实腹式拱桥,由于地形条件限制,施工采用落地式现浇组合支架施工,支架整体结构为大钢管贝雷梁支架上搭设碗扣支架,文章详细介绍了组合支架的设计与有限元计算分析方法,结果显示,该组合支架满足相关技术规范的要求,并已应用于木河桥施工。在拱圈施工过程中,监测单位对拱圈和支架进行了同步监测,监测结果表明,支架预拱度的设置能够满足拱圈正确线形的需要,支架的设计计算方法及施工采取的相应措施,可供同类桥梁施工参考。The MuHe River Bridge of Xi' an - Chengdu high speed railway is a reinforced concrete deck spandrel - filled arch bridge. The bridge is located in the canyon region of Qinling. Due to the topographic condition of the bridge site, it is adopted the cast - in - place scaffolds. The scaffolds system is used by the bowl - scaffolds and the steel pipe bailey beams. In this paper, the design and the finite element method of the scaffolds system will be introduced in detail. The results show that the combined scaffolds meet the relevant technical requirements, and have been used in the wooden bridge construction. During the construction of arch ring, the monitoring unit synchronously monitored the arch ring and scaffolds. The monitoring results show that the pre - camber of the support can meet the requirement of the correct alignment of the arch ring. The design and calculation method of the support and the corresponding measures adopted in the construction can be referred to the similar bridge construction.
